The result is eight phases, from New Beginning and Flow to Comfort and Routine Drift. Eight emotional climates you will recognise instantly once you see them.

How it works

13 short lessons with text, audio and music. Every phase comes with its own song, from Queen to Talking Heads, and a few simple exercises with pen and paper.

For every phase you look at two moments: now, and a time in your past when you were there before. How did you get out back then? Your own history holds more answers than you think.

You end with one small, concrete action that moves you toward more challenge and growth.

Alongside the lessons you have a coach that knows every lesson. Not sure which phase you are in, or how you moved on before? It asks you a few questions until you can see it.
